·   Rear bottom horizontal spindle accommodates sawblade.

·   FULLY ENCLOSED SPLASH GUARD: This carefully designed splash guard cover encloses the complete working area of the machine. It not only provides added safety for the operator, but also keeps noise to a minimum during cutting operations. Once the splash guard is opened, the power shuts off automatically.

·   Pressure switch is controlled the feed rollers effective during feeding.

·   Out feed table can be adjusted up and down.

 

SPLASH GUARD SUPPORTED SECURELY

The fully enclosed splash guard is supported by Nitrogen cylinders when opened. Also, additional fix plates are employed to tighten the splash guard in place to eliminate the danger of dropping down.

 

2-STEP GEARBOX

Specially designed gearbox features 2-step gear transmission. This effectively reduces gear loading, while ensuring long time gear accuracy and service life.
Universal shafts are manufactured from Chrome Molybedenum alloy steel (SCM440) to resist high torque transmission.

 

CENTRAL LUBRICATION FOR SPINDLE

All spindle Iubrication is set up in one position for easy greasing.

 

PRESSURE DEVICES FOR UPPER HORIZONTAL SPINDLE

The front and rear pressure devices for upper horizontal spindle are easy to adjust. Mechanical meters on the pressure devices provide accurate reading of adjustment amount.

 

LEFT VERTICAL SPINDLE

The left vertical spindle is equipped with additional side fence to upgrade cutting stability. Integrated pressure roller mechanism permits movement entirely. The right and left spindle accommodates tool length up to 160 mm. with 80 mm. elevation distance.

 

FLAT BELT DRIVE

Instead of direct drive, each spindle is driven by a separately mounted motor to eliminate spindle vibration problems. Motor horsepower is transmitted by the high quality flat belt for full power transmission, and long service life.

 

AUXILIARY PRESSURE ROLLER FOR SHORT STOCK

The right vertical spindle has extra powered pressure roller, maintaining powerful feeding effect during short stock cutting.
Auxiliary feed roller can be lifted for convenient cutter change.

 

CENTRAL LUBRIC ATION FOR ALL SLIDEWAYS

All of the slide lubrication is in a central position on one side of the machine. This provides easy maintenance and smooth infeed and outfeed table elevation mechanism.

 

FREQUENCY INVERTER

The workpiece feed is controlled by a frequency inverter, providing variable speed change ranging 3-36 M/min to suit various types of wood material, and for coarse and fine machining the frequency inverter is equipped with a key for safety.

TOP SPINDLE AIR PRESSURE PLATE (Optional)

The air pressure plate for increased performance of cutting stability.

 

ALLOY STEEL INFEED TABLE (Optional)

Eliminating the conventional hard chrome plated table, POM moulders are designed with an inserted table, carbonized and hard chrome treated for dependable maximum.

 

AUTO LUBRICATOR (Optional)

An automatic lubricator delivers oil to the infeed table surface and all the slideways, ensuring smooth workpiece infeed at all times.

 

WIDTH OR DEPTH DIGITAL CONTROLLER (Optional)

Digital control of the cutting width and depth provides added convenience for moulding setup.

 

UNIVERSAL SPINDLE (Optional)

The universal spindle can be swivelled 270* or operated as a vertical spindle for various angular and complicated moulding operations.

 

FEED MAGAZINE (Optional)

This feed magazine enables continuous antomatic stock feed that greatly increases working efficiency up to 30% stock can be loaded with concave side up or down.

 

GROOVE TABLE (Optional)

The groove table design for cutting the short, swell and curved lumber, It makes lumber rely on the fence to feeding smoothly and get an accurate planning.
